Consumer Rights

We have taken the lead in investigating cases involving credit card, insurance, banking, leasing and consumer fraud in the State of Minnesota. Consumers are getting the shaft from banks, credit card companies and car companies. All of them are looking to hide the ball on fees, late charges and devious practices aimed at defrauding the consumer.

Not all complaints are viable cases but we listen and evaluate all cases that are presented to us and we will explain why or why not the case can go forward. You know, any case can go forward if the attorney is being paid and the payment of the fee has no relationship to the outcome of the case. We do take many cases on the hourly basis but we also take contingency cases as well.

You are entitled to know why at particular fee arrangement is being offered in your case.
